This place was the single biggest disappointment I think I have ever encountered. Gyoza was made of baking pastry sheets, agedashi tofu was just deep fried cubes, and one had a nice big black hair baked right into it.

Excellent food! A touch pricey, but the ingredients are fresh. Service is decent. Best kimchi I've ever had.

Service was friendly, but that's about it. Food portion is on the small side, especially given the sky-high prices (~$17 for donburi, ~$20 for japchae, ~$6 for 6-piece salmon maki). The chicken is dry and rubbery, the teriyaki sauce is overly salty. The Bi bim bob was bland. I wouldn't be as disappointed if it wasn’t so ridiculously expensive; overall, do not recommend.

To top it all off, this place is SO SO EXPENSIVE!!! Two bowls of plain rice and two tiny starters and we got up to $26 before tax and tip (if I had tipped of course). Mains are around $20 and are embarrassing lumps of noodles on 20 year old plastic plates that most people would donate to a thrift store.

I was here three years ago and the food was Korean and good considering it is in a small town. But now the owners have changed and changed the menu to Japanese. I ordered the beef yakisoba and it was one of the worst yakisoba that I have eaten. I should have returned it but I was so hungry that I ate it. Don't go here.

Literally the only reason why this pathetic restaurant is still open is the astounding amount of Korean tourists streaming into this town on tour buses, and the blue collar good 'ol boy locals with absolutely no idea what good food is beyond a double bacon cheese burger at a pub.

Do yourself a favor, next time your in Valemount and you think, "hey maybe this place will be good", remember where you are, think about how many Asian grocery stores or food distributors there are around, and drive your butt down to the pub and get a burger like you know you should...

Food is gross. Ramen was instant noodle and undercooked. Sushi rolls were plain and we had to request for wasabe. Service was slow.... Beef teriyaki wasn't even marinated!! Astonishingly horrible and expensive.
