Stayed one night, top corner unit. Really dated, but well stocked. Partial renovations have been done. Bathroom has nice tile floor and the shower is really good. Sink water pressure was weak though. Beds were not bad, soft and comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Toilet paper was folded and the soaps were all laid out artfully like an upscale place. Definitely would stay here again.

We got there around midnight since we were in Jasper all day. The woman at the front was nice, said she was concerned we weren't coming due to an accident but then the man who I am assuming is her husband came out and kept going on about how we didn't call them to tell them what time we were coming and that we have to call them. This is a hotel, I payed for the room, I don't have to let you know what time I will be home like he was my parent. Then he kept saying that he charged my card and it kept coming up declined even though I payed with the same card. He was a total ass. His wife kept telling him that it didn't matter because I payed already but he kept going on about how we didn't call.

I would not stay here again unless I there was no where else.

The shower wasn't bad. The toilet had rust around it and the towels are pretty much sandpaper.

Stayed in a a bottom floor room with a king bed. Comfortable with soft pillows. Recently tore out carpet and put down laminate flooring. Nicely done. Great for a night. Convenient place and quiet quaint spot. Great views. Close to food & gas. Thanks for reservation.

I wanted to give them money in exchange for a room. They are in the business of renting rooms and I needed a room so I thought it would be a most perfect arrangement. That was a very hard concept for the hotel to grasp, however after an exhausting conversation I convinced them to take my money. I have a fairly dry sense of humour and even I had a hard time sorting out what they found so funny about my proposal. I did respect the fact that they were not trying to hide their laughter, and were openly (visually and audibly) laughing towards me. I may have read it all wrong though, maybe they were simply trying to impart some happiness into my day, although there seems to be a more tactful way to go about that. I cannot comment on the quality of the rooms, as I did not stay in the room, it was for another person. The reviews of this place are generally fairly poor, but I was not fussy as this was one of the last available rooms. I was also not concerned with the lack of cleanliness as I myself was not staying in the room, and thought the person staying in the room would put up with some toe nails, hair, and a maybe a little VD hiding in the carpet or under the door handle vs. the alternative which was under a deciduous tree on the boulevard. Now I should note that the toe nails, hair, and VD was not actually tested to confirm its identity. So while similar in appearance, it may have something much more mundane. Like maybe a skin tag or sauce from someones taco. Incidentally the person staying in the room did require an undisclosed prescription a few days after the magical stay they had in the room. I cannot directly draw a link though and I make no implications. It is purely anecdotal. It was no big deal anyway, the rash went away fairly painlessly. (The face is such a sensitive area). I want to wrap this review up as I am hoping to find out if they have a hot tub for the next time I book a room there. The nice thing about a hotel hot tub is it is similar to a bath, but with all kinds of foreign biological matter. This is mainly from humans from the region but also the world. It may even contain small amounts from K9's and felines. This experience really gives you a sense of being part of the global community. I digress...... So in conclusion if your options are slim, you don't mind a little dry humor directed towards you , and you are not actually staying in the room then this place is a real winner. In fact if that was your criteria, then you would rate this 5 stars. Unfortunately my rating criteria differed resulting in the single star. A single star maybe, a bright star not so much, but say yes to a dirty little star like this one and you will be surprised for reasons you did not expect.

The woman said the room was recently reno'd which from other reviews about a carpet means that they took the carpet out. Other then that the place was pretty dirty. Stains on my bed sheets, luckily I bought a blanket and pillow from home. The side of box springs were covered in stains. The air conditioner was close to the ceiling. I had to stand on a chair to switch it on and I'm 5'9 so I don't know how someone shorter would reach it. We stayed two days and had a had two different guests stay above us and all you can hear is people pacing around all night. My boyfriend tried calling the front desk to complain but no one would pick up the phone. There is no way to call the front with the phone in your room. You have to use your phone.

We stayed at a motel outside of Regina last minute for $88 a night that was really well kept. So I don't know what the problem is here.

The only reason I chose this place was because there were no other vacancies in Jasper or in this town since it was the long weekend.
